Prettify and format HTML, CSS, or JavaScript with proper indentation and structure.
Runs in your browser
A code beautifier (or code formatter) automatically reformats source code with correct indentation, consistent spacing, and readable line breaks without altering the code's logic or behaviour. It is used by developers reviewing unfamiliar codebases, fixing auto-generated code, or enforcing a consistent style before committing to version control. Paste HTML, CSS, or JavaScript and choose your indentation preference. The beautifier applies language-specific formatting rules: nested HTML tags are indented correctly, CSS declarations are one per line, and JavaScript blocks are properly spaced with consistent brace placement.
Select your language using the HTML / CSS / JS tabs at the top, then paste your code into the Input panel. Choose your preferred indentation size from the dropdown and click Beautify Code. The formatted output appears immediately in the right panel. The tool processes your code live as you type for instant feedback. Use the line and size statistics in the bar below the editor to monitor output length. Click Copy to copy the formatted code to your clipboard, then paste it back into your editor or version control system.
